Manager Training

Our Management Training Program sets our team up for success. All new managers will go through extensive Back of House and Front of House training and work shifts in each position. Every new manager will leave training as a master of every position within our restaurant. Our ongoing leadership classes are designed as a roundtable discussion where everyone has a voice and input is encouraged and celebrated. Every person’s ideas and opinions are valued as an integral part of our organization.

We are a food-first concept which means quality ingredients are the linchpin of our entire menu. From our kitchen to our moonshine bar, we stand behind everything we serve. We are proud of our dedicated kitchen team who prides themselves in perfecting quality, fresh, and innovative dishes. Everything on our menu, from food to our hillbilly mixology, is made in-house using fresh, quality ingredients.
